Perfect Gifts for The Art Teacher

Perfect Gifts for The Art Teacher!
Thank You Stella!
Beautiful handmade ornaments out of Birch Wood.  Her Mom burns the messages into the wood free hand.  They smell so good!

All Aboard!

Grades 1-2 were one hundred percent on board the Polar Express this week.  There were trains full of everything from cops to coal and even presents.  The trains were making their way through the high icy peaks.  Yetis were peeking out from around the corners.  Love how imaginative they can be!

Holiday Door Decorating Contest

Holiday Door Decorating Contest with some rules due to Fire code among other things.  The decorating had to start after school on Wednesday and be taken down at the end of the day Thursday.  No crepe paper, balloons or lights, etc.
Anywho, three students helped me throw this together super fast.  Thanks to Emma, Sarah and Taylor!

Holiday Spirit Week Elementary Activities

Holiday Spirit Week Elementary Activities.  I made a little pack of activities to go along with each themed day (and then some).  They were mainly employed by early finishers. I like to have more than enough to do.  You never know what the days will bring.
A long time ago at a child's birthday party the kids were just running around with extreme excitement and no particular purpose.  My brother-in-law called it "orbiting"
This time of year can produce the same result at school.

There are 9 Pages in all

4 pages for pajama day (3 individual people and 1 page that includes all 3 people).  One for scarf day.  One for ugly sweater day.  One for candy cane day.  One for sock day and one for crazy hair day.

Drawing Prompt Advent Calendar

I couldn't find an Advent Calendar for my daughter this year so I made one.  The countdown has already begun but I will post it anyway.  Super easy and fun!  I ended up making one for my mom too.  The possibilities for patterns and colors are limited by your supply of papers but the possibilities for various -  prompts/messages/photos/jokes - are endless.
A link to a Zip file containing directions, calendar and templates is here:
