Animated GIF

I hadn't used the timeline in Photoshop for many years.  A student, Haley, refreshed my memory the other day.  I am very thankful to have Haley in Media Art class this year!  I also tried out some very quick shading under the advice of my daughter who is also in the class.

Fall Book Fair Cowboy Hats

My co-workers came to me with an idea and a video for launching the Book Fair Week.  Large cowboy hats fashioned out of rolled paper.  I tried to wrangle that rolled paper into a hat but it just wasn't working.  Then I tried rolled poster board - that didn't work.  Looked around at home improvement store and found a temporary floor covering, RAM Board.   It is made out of recycled materials, 100% Green and affordable.  It was light, easy to use and made a beautiful massive cowboy hat.  EXTREME fun!  The kids are still talking about it

Love this girl!  Love TL too!  You guys ROCK!

Fall Book Fair

I truly enjoy Book Fairs and the themes that come with them.  Building excitement for Reading - Priceless!
My mother is a retired Art Teacher so I grew up hand-cutting letters.  She usually does it for me now but she is getting ready for a show so I did it myself.  Little wobbly and crooked but I'm still proud of my work.
