#Meet the Artist #What's in my Bag

#Meet the Artist #What's in my Bag.  Calling it finished even though it needs more work.  My daughter colored it for me.  Great project for Studio Foundation or any Art Class.
Made an assignment sheet with short rubric, very rushed.  Needs work but will do for now.

2nd Graders with BIG Hearts

These ended up so BIG and Beautiful (12 x 18).  2nd Grade students tore paper and glued, tore paper and glued for 40 minutes.  Fast Forward to the next Art Time - added messages for a special person.  Perfect way to get rid of scraps.
You can't choose favorites - right?  I love Owen's color choices and handwriting!
I had to take two photos because he wasn't finished ;)

the patterns created by this little planner are awesome!

5th Grade Winter Landscape

I understand what Art Teachers are talking about when they post rants about projects that all look alike.  I want to be the best Art Teacher that I can be.  Can you see the beautiful differences?  The project was the same for each 5th grader but the results look very different to me.
