Remove the staple from a matchbook. Measure, cut card stock for outside and notebook paper for inside. Glue card stock to outside. Staple matchbook back together with new contents.
Tip: Do not allow card stock to dry on flat. Bend the matchbook while glue is still wet to allow for the extra room needed for the folds.
